WHY did you decide to join the CSS Program and come to Carolina?
Since high school, I’ve always wanted to explore my passions in STEM. I saw CSS and UNC as a pathway to higher education while building a community with other individuals who are just as passionate as I am in their fields.
WHAT are you most looking forward to doing during your undergraduate years?
I am most looking forward to starting challenging courses while performing undergraduate research, as well as forming bonds with my cohort.
what is a research topic you are interested in exploring?
I’m interested in studying dark matter and gravitational waves.
WHAT are your future goals?
I hope to start research in topics I find intriguing and continue astrophysical studies in graduate school.
