WHAT ARE YOUR FUTURE GOALS?
Ultimately, I aim to work as a fisheries biologist for a government agency. My interests broadly lie in the intersection of fish ecology, habitat quality, and coastal resource management. More specifically, I am interested in quantifying how current practices such as overfishing and coastal development are affecting coastal ecosystems and subsequent fisheries production, the applicability of ecosystem-based management to these fisheries, and the incorporation of software such as ArcGIS and R into coastal resource management.
