The cohort system really drew me to CSS because I wanted a close relationship with like-minded scholars.

HOW HAS CSS SHAPED YOUR CAREER GOALS?
My experience with CSS has allowed me to explore many areas of science and especially research. It has especially brought me closer to mentoring and service in science. The mentoring that CSS provides has guided me to looking deeper into more career paths.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIMARY RESEARCH INTEREST?
My primary area of research is reactive chlorine resistance E.coli. My current lab is the Neher Lab, and my current project is on antibiotic resistance.
